Fixed slow opening gates

Electric gate speed and Capacitance.

Once we had fixed the customer's gate motor the next issue was the slow opening and closing speeds. A common problem with electric gates is that over time the switch controller capacitors begin to deteriorate. This deterioration leads to a reduction in capacitance and ultimately affects the starting energy of the motor.

Increased motor torque

Once we replaced the capacitors there was a noticeable increase in gate motor torque.
